We offer a 25 year product warranty as standard on all installations completed by a certified Briticom™ Partner.

All warranties are processed within 5 working days after confirmation of reception of your email.

The 25-year product and application warranty is only available when systems are designed, installed, and tested by Briticom™ Partners with up-to-date training certification. Warranties are issued only after an audit of test data, and at the discretion of the Teltronix technical support team at site audit. In all case scenarios, all of the links which require warranty support must be tested.

Briticom™ 25-Year Warranty Includes:

• All Briticom copper, fibre optic, voice cabling systems and racks when installed as part of a full Briticom™ solution.
• Briticom™ EMPS, Intelligent and Standard PDU’s are provided with a three-year warranty when installed as part of a full Briticom™ solution.
• Registered sites covered by 25-year application warranty.
• Bandwidth warranty. For example; Category 6A warranties assure the support of all applications current and future designed to operate at up to 500Mhz.
